Voices of Swords

Alexis is a personal organizer slipping off the deep end. Her new client, Olivia, is supposed to be a sweet old woman needing a little assistance before undergoing a heart operation. Instead she’s a gigantic force of nature with vulnerability beneath her armor.  For Alexis, work is supposed to be a place where she fixes other people’s problems, not a place that reminds her of her own. Soon the unremitting strain pushs her to reveal an aching and explosive truth, one that she has gone to great lengths to deny.
